Dah Sing Insurance Company (1976) Limited (DSI), a small to medium-sized player in Hong Kong's non-life insurance segment, is re-balancing its underwriting portfolio by expanding property damage, all risks construction, and its accident and health businesses, while reducing its offshore inward reinsurance portfolio, says AM Best.
