Indonesia:Proposals raised on ways to allow life insurers without required capital to continue operations

The Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI) has raised a number of proposals to allow insurers which do not have adequate capital to continue insurance operations. This is because the minimum capital required by the regulator is considered quite high.
