With Nat CAT becoming more frequent and severe due to climate change, HDI has rolled out the Accumulation Risk Geospatial Online System (ARGOS) 4.0, an advanced Nat CAT assessment tool which enables companies to maximise overall efficiency of their risk management by delivering capabilities in geospatial risk analysis and resilience planning.
“It is crucial for companies to know their risk and how to protect themselves. By launching HDI ARGOS 4.0, we further develop our proven suite of natural hazard monitoring solutions to meet today’s demands from companies around the world to protect against losses,” said HDI Global board member Dirk Höring.
Dr Höring has responsibility for property insurance, engineering insurance, marine insurance, as well as HDI Risk Consulting, an internal division.
“By combining high-resolution hazard intelligence, interactive mapping, fully customisable reporting and user-friendly interface, HDI ARGOS 4.0 provides fast and well-founded risk analyses of all relevant natural hazard data,” said HDI Risk Consulting head of resilience services Lars Regner.
