In its latest activity to raise the standard of insurance in the country, Cambodia's insurance regulator, the Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC) sent its Deputy Director General, Director General and other officials of the Supervision Department on a study visit to Hong Kong, to learn about enterprise risk management for insurance companies.
This follows on the heels of its last study visit to South Korea, where representatives looked at the implementation of IFRS17 and supervisory frameworks in the country.
At the same time, the IRC is continuing its in-country blitz, implementing the Inter-ministerial Prakas on Compulsory Insurance.
