Arch Insurance Australia has promoted Mr Brendon Terry to Northern Region Branch Manager and Head of Property, and Mr Jarrod O'Connor to Southern Region Branch Manager and Head of Accident & Health.
As Regional Branch Managers, Mr Terry and Mr O’Connor will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and broker engagement of their respective regional branches to support the company’s overall growth plans.
In their business line roles, they will lead the delivery of Arch’s underwriting strategy across property and accident and health respectively, and focus on portfolio growth and enhancing broker experience.
Both Mr Terry and Mr O’Connor bring over 15 years of insurance market experience to their roles.
Mr Terry joined Arch in 2024, having previously held underwriting and management roles at Vero and Chubb.
Mr O’Connor joined Arch in 2022. Prior to joining Arch, he held underwriting and management roles at AFA Insurance and Accident & Health International Underwriting.
