Generali Thailand has appointed Ms Grace Allison "Ally" Toh as Chief Agency Officer.
In her new role, Ms Toh leads Generali Thailand’s agency channel, with a focus on expanding its agency network, developing future leaders and enhancing agent capabilities and customer excellence. She also supports the insurer’s long-term growth ambitions.
Ms Toh brings extensive experience in the life insurance and financial services industry, having held senior agency leadership roles across leading insurers in Malaysia. Throughout her career, she has successfully driven agency growth, developed high-performing leaders and strengthened distribution capabilities.
