General Insurance Association of Japan (GIAJ) Chairman Koji Ishikawa has addressed the industry, present policyholders, prospective insurance customers and other stakeholders of the industry in the country. Mr Ishikawa had taken charge as Chairman of GIAJ in late June this year.
