Marsh has appointed Mr Derek Heng as CEO of Marsh ASEAN, and Ms Peta Latimer as CEO of Marsh Singapore. In addition, Mr Heng will continue to serve as CEO, Marsh Thailand, and Ms Latimer will continue with her current responsibilities as President of Marsh's People and Investments business in Asia.
In their new roles, Mr Heng and Ms Latimer focus on delivering Marsh’s wide range of services and solutions to clients across this highly dynamic region in Asia. The ASEAN region encompasses Marsh’s operations in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam.
They will work closely with leaders across Asia to strengthen collaboration and bring together Marsh’s risk, strategy and people and investments capabilities for the benefit of clients.
Mr Heng joined Marsh in 2015 and has held several leadership roles across Asia, including serving as CEO of Marsh Thailand since June 2022.
Ms Latimer joined Marsh in 2018 as CEO of its People and Investments business in Singapore, before becoming President of People and Investments for Asia in 2023. Prior to that, she worked with KPMG Singapore and IBM.
