NFRA opens new Hong Kong ETF channel for insurers

The National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) has clarified that insurance institutions permitted under regulatory rules to invest in Hong Kong Stock Connect equities may also invest in Hong Kong Stock Connect exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
