China releases guidelines to improve long-term care insurance payment system

The National Healthcare Security Administration (NHSA) has released an explanatory guide to the "Statement for Individuals on Settlement of Expenses by Long-Term Care Insurance Funds", clarifying how nursing service expenses should be recorded and how costs should be shared between the long-term care (LTC) insurance fund and individuals.
