Young professionals in the industry have a role to play in attracting talent, says 2012's Young ASEAN Manager Award (YAMA) winner, Mr Tommy Pichet Jiaramaneetaweesin, Head of Corporate Actuarial, AIA Thailand, who leads and serves on several organisations, and has even written a book as part of his efforts to promote the industry.
