Agriculture insurance and microinsurance need to be brought to the masses to reduce the pressure on the government to mitigate losses from natural disasters, said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in her opening address at the FAIR Seminar on Agriculture and Microinsurance held in Dhaka last week.
