UK-based B P Marsh & Partners, the niche venture capital provider to early stage financial services businesses, has announced that it has acquired a 20% shareholding in Asia Reinsurance Brokers (ARB), the Singapore-headquartered independent specialist reinsurance and insurance risk solutions provider, for a total consideration of S$2,398,424 (US$1.78 million).
