Global:Highest deal value levels recorded in insurance M&A since global financial crisis

Deal value in the global insurance M&A market has rebounded in 1H2018, amounting to over EUR37bn ($42bn), driven by a series of megadeals which pushed deal value to its highest first-half total since the financial crisis, according to a recent report from Willis Towers Watson and Mergermarket, Transformation in the global insurance market.
