The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) today announced at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) that Ms Catherine Dixon, Executive General Manager, People Experience at Suncorp New Zealand has been appointed to the Board.

While ms Dixon joins the Board, ANZIIF also announced the retiring of two Board members, Suncorp’s Executive Manager, Customer Culture, Mr Callan McDonnell and Guy Carpenter Vice Chairman,  MrPaul Allison.

Several award winners and members were also recognised for their contribution to ANZIIF and the insurance industry.

• Kerry Challenor, General Manager People and Capability at NTI, was recognised with Honorary Membership for her extraordinary service to the insurance industry
• Andrew Allison, General Manager, Reinsurance at Allianz, was awarded the annual ANZIIF Service Award
• and Wotton + Kearney’s Charles Simon and Richard Johnson were awarded the E.E. Vines Memorial Prize for their meritorious paper published in the Journal titles ‘Concussion in Sport: Insurers Be Alert Not Alarmed (Issue 3, Volume 40, 2017).
