The Contract Certainty Working Group (CCWG) briefed industry players yesterday on a checklist and a set of guidelines for the Singapore Reinsurance Market Contract Certainty initiative. The guidance applies to all reinsurance contracts either entered into by a Monetary Authority of Singapore-regulated reinsurer, or arranged through an MAS-regulated intermediary. More than 100 industry players attended the session.
