Japan:Rules to ease for insurance for quit-smoking, infertility treatment

Japan's Health, Labour and Welfare Ministry plans to expand the scope of national health insurance coverage in the financial year starting 1 April 2016, so that younger nicotine addicts can more easily receive medical treatment to quit smoking.
