Malaysia:Zurich Insurance to own 100% of takaful operator

The Finance Minister has approved the proposed disposals of MAA Group's 75% equity interest and Solidarity Group Holding BSC (Closed)'s 25% stake in MAA Takaful to Zurich Insurance. This means that Zurich Insurance is to have full ownership of MAA Takaful.
