Group CEO appointed to future conglomerate

Acenda and Resolution Life Australasia have appointed Mr Chris de Bruin as future group CEO, subject to the completion of the transaction between Nippon Life and Resolution Life. The transaction is expected to occur in 2H2025 and is also subject to regulatory approvals
