The long-awaited Bill on the Policy Holders' Protection Scheme (PPS) will be ready for introduction into the Legislative Council in the 2020-21 legislative year, providing an essential safety net for policyholders, the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA) says in its 2018-19 annual report released yesterday.
