The future of the insurance industry will require a transformed workforce that is even more highly skilled, diversified, agile, and engaged than before, Mr Antony Lee, chairman of PIAM (General Insurance Association of Malaysia) has said. As such, the need for continuous learning for leaders has never been more critical, he added.
