Insurance and reinsurance service provider Arom Grips have announced the launch of a recruitment platform exclusively for the insurance and reinsurance industry.
The Global Reinsurance and Insurance Talent Solutions (GRITS) platform aims to eliminate persistent talent mismatching and extend tailored, industry-specific recruitment for hiring and internship requirements across the board – including but not limited to – underwriting, actuarial, claims, broking, analytics, and risk management positions across Asia and Africa. The platform intends to operate in territories across the world.
