Fairfirst insurance has partnered with SLT-Mobitel mobile to launch the country's first-ever mobile billing solution for motor insurance.
The new product enables motorists to purchase and renew motor insurance directly through their mobile connections, anytime and anywhere. Customers can now complete transactions without physical documentation or office visits, with seamless billing integrated into their existing Mobitel accounts through a simplified, user-friendly, transparent and secure process.
The launch of the new product also helps rural communities get access to insurance products through the existing mobile infrastructure.
