The Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) has proposed some amendments to regulations governing insurance brokers and agents, to enhance the convenience of purchasing insurance, simplify solicitation processes, promote international insurance business and strengthen the day-to-day supervision of insurance brokerages and agencies.
