Kennedys has appointed Mr Andrew Carpenter as Partner in Hong Kong.
He brings nearly 20 years of experience advising on M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, Hong Kong insurance regulatory matters and acting as counsel for warranties and indemnities insurance underwriters.
Mr Carpenter, who is also renowned for his expertise in the insurance sector, brings a wealth of experience advising corporates, investors and insurance market participants on complex cross-border transactions and strategic business matters across Asia.
