Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2019:retailers without a clever discount strategy risk avoidable losses

An international Simon-Kucher study shows how awareness of Black Friday and Cyber Monday varies between countries. The two days are now fairly well-known in Singapore's yearly shopping calendar, however there still being a disparity from the US and European countries. The result: consumers do take the opportunity to make planned purchases. Retailers have to set up their discount strategy wisely to avoid losses.
