Japan:Life insurance body to continue to improve quality of agency operations

Only 54 life insurance agencies applied for certification reviews in the year to 31 March 2023 (FY2022), the first year of the implementation of the system for evaluating the quality of life insurance agency operations, says The Toa Reinsurance Company.
