Nasdaq-listed Beijing-based Tian Ruixiang Holdings (TRXH) has announced that TRX HongKong Investment, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire Peak Consulting Services, a licensed insurance brokerage in Hong Kong.
