Japan's financial watchdog, the Financial Services Agency (FSA), has ordered Sompo Japan Insurance and its parent Sompo Holdings to improve their operations over their involvement in used car dealer Bigmotor's insurance fraud scandal, reported Kyodo News Agency quoting the FSA.
