In January 2024, all three listed major P&C insurance companies generated positive premium growth. Combined, the three insurers posted a premium income of CNY120.7bn ($16.8bn), representing an increase of 3.51% over January 2023. This pace of increase was faster than the 2.0% growth recorded in January 2023.
