Etiqa introduces new video claims service for motor policyholders


Seeking to offer a faster and simpler claims process for its motor policyholders, Etiqa recently launched a new video-assisted claim service called 'Etiqa Claims Express Video Assist' or E-CLEVA. The new service enables the insurer's motor surveyor to interact with the claimant or work directly and remotely via an audio/video call.
