Malaysia:Kurnia Insurans sold for US$530 mln

KSK Group has sold its 100% stake in Kurnia Insurans (Malaysia) to AmG Insurance for MYR1.63 billion (US$529.6 million), reported Bernama. KSK will continue to have a presence in the non-life sectors of Thailand and Indonesia through KSK Insurance (Thailand) Company Ltd and PT KSK Insurance Indonesia.
