Aon has appointed Mr Jeffrey Alpaugh as Chief Commercial Officer, Risk Capital. He will continue to serve as President of North America alongside his new role.
In his new role, Mr Alpaugh will lead Aon’s global commercial strategy across risk capital, helping clients align capital, insight and risk solutions as they pursue growth in an increasingly complex market environment.
Mr Alpaugh joined Aon in 2023 as President of North America. In his expanded role, he will build on this experience to further align Aon’s risk capital capabilities around client needs, particularly for organisations undertaking large-scale investment and growth initiatives.
He brings nearly four decades of experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Prior to joining Aon, he spent more than three decades at Marsh.
