Willis, a WTW business, has appointed Ms Michelle Ng as Head of Risk and Analytics, Pacific.
In her new role, Ms Ng will lead the Pacific risk and analytics team to deliver data-driven insights, actuarial expertise and advanced risk modelling capabilities to Willis’ clients across Australia, New Zealand and the broader Pacific region.
Ms Ng brings a deep technical background in risk analytics and actuarial consulting. She joins from a leading international broker. Ms Ng has also held analytics and actuarial positions at one of Australia’s largest financial services companies.

Ms Ng takes over from Mr Matt Frost, who has retired from the company.
