Cathay Life Insurance has appointed Mr Lin Chao-Ting as President, subjective to regulatory approval.
According to an article on news platform Asia Asset Management, Mr Lin succeeds Mr Liu Shang-Chi, who was appointed Chief Investment Officer of Cathay Life’s parent company, Cathay Financial Holding. Mr Liu takes over from Ms Sophia Cheng, who stepped down on 1 January.
Mr Lin has worked at Cathay Life since 1996, and has held various positions, including manager of the actuarial department and senior vice president, the article stated.
