IAG's Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) business announced these new appointments, in alignment with the repositioning of its division to improve responsiveness and uplift service experience:
- Ms Fiona Geddes as executive general manager operations
- Mr Damien Gallagher as executive general manager CX and growth CGU and WFI, a newly established position
In her new role, Ms Geddes will head the newly formed operations function. She brings more than 27 years of experience, and most recently worked with ING.
In his new role, Mr Gallagher will oversee brand and growth activity for CGU Insurance and WFI Insurance, which will be united under a single functional area. He was most recently executive general manager of CGU.
Other appointments include:
- Ms Christa Marjoribanks as CFO
- Mr Darren O’Connell as executive general manager underwriting and product
- Ms Natalie May as executive manager people and culture
- Mr Tim Rafton as executive general manager intermediated claims
Mr Andrew Beer, former executive general manager WFI, will also be leaving after 40 years of service.
