Lockton Asia has appointed Ms Sandra Lee as Chief Growth Officer - Risk Solutions, Asia, and Mr Yuman Chan as Chief Growth Officer - People Solutions, Asia.
As Chief Growth Officers, Ms Lee and Mr Chan bring deep industry expertise and proven track records in scaling businesses.
In her new role, Ms Lee is responsible for driving growth across all risk lines and markets in the region. Her initial focus is on partnering with the Greater China leadership team to identify and capitalise on further growth opportunities.
Ms Lee brings over 22 years of experience in the legal, insurance brokerage and risk management sectors. Her career spans senior leadership roles in Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as legal and risk advisory positions across Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing and Paris.
In his new role, Mr Chan will drive growth in line with the People Solutions (PS) investment plan and oversee all North Asia markets, including the Greater China region, Japan and South Korea.
With nearly three decades of experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, Mr Lee has a proven track record of delivering business growth, innovation, and customer-centric solutions. His leadership roles at organisations such as BUPA, AIA and Cigna have honed his expertise in strategy development, team building and operational transformation.
